They are traditional 6 inch UK corrugated profile
They have been tested for fragility in accordance with ACR (M) 001:2000 Test for Fragile Roof Assemblies (to class C classification) and BS EN 15057:2006 Fibre Cement Profiled sheets impact resistance test method
It passes the necessary fire regulation in accordance with BS 476-3: 1958 achieving an EXT.S.AA designation. In addition it meets the requirements for external spread of flame and has a Class 0 surface
It conforms to BS EN 494:2004 Class C1X
It has a full BBA certification: 03/4049
Available natural grey or pre-coloured

Our profiled sheets come in a range of Finishes and Steel Thicknesses, below are the standards:-
Plastisol Finish – High Quality Finish available complete with a Guarantee, these sheets are expected to last well in excess of 20 years (time scale depends on Location). Generally this finish is available on 0.50mm or 0.70mm Galvanised Steel.
Polyester Finish – This is a Painted Finish Product that is not issued with a Guarantee. This is the perfect product for those with a tight Budget, or an application that does not require a Guarantee or a specified finish.
To compliment the above we also supply Liner Sheets, used if you are insulating the Building using the Traditional ‘Built-up’ system.
Along with the above we offer corrugated sheets, Anti-Condensation Backing, Profile matching services, Vented Side Cladding and much more!

COMPOSITE PANELS
We supply a Wide Range of Composite Panels for Insulated Roof & Wall Applications.
We can supply the Traditional Box Profile Panels in 40mm, 60mm, 80mm and 100mm Thicknesses, along with Micro-Rib profiles.
ROOFLIGHTS
Not only do we supply a range of Rooflights to match our own Profiles in Single Skin, Composite Panels and Big 6 profile, we also supply Rooflights to match any other UK profile, whether the profile has been discontinued or not.
Our Rooflight Range is available to a range of Standards, so let us know your application and we will advise the correct product to use.
METAL FABRICATIONS
We offer a Huge Range of Products under this category, from standard Ridge and Corner Flashings, Trimline Gutters, Composite Gutters, Louvres, Bullnose Flashings and much more.
We can usually deliver Flashings within 48 hours.
PVC GUTTERS & DOWNPIPES
To complete our range of Gutters & Rainwater Good we offer both Industrial and Domestic Grade PVC Products for a more cost effective system.
PURLIN SYSTEMS
We offer fantastic Quality ‘Z’ Purlins, along with ‘C’ Sections, Eaves Beams and all the accessories.
We only supply these products to British Standards so you know your covered.
